Justice in front line / Collaborative Webinar


JusticeAmericas is proud to contribute to the creation of a collaborative webinar in partnership with the University of Ottawa Jurivision team. Following consultations with members of the judiciary in various countries in the Americas, we developed a series of 10 thematic modules, each coordinated by experts from our network.

Each module explores a specific issue related to access to justice, using a four-part approach:

1.              A presentation of the theoretical foundations;

2.              A comparative perspective (successes and obstacles depending on the country);

3.              Concrete testimonies of people affected by legal barriers;

4.              Proposals for solutions and best practices.

This initiative aims to promote shared reflection and concrete actions for more accessible, inclusive, and effective justice systems across the Americas.
